College policies

Balliol College is committed to fostering an inclusive culture which promotes equality, values diversity and maintains a working, learning and social environment in which the rights and dignity of individuals are respected.

All members of the College community, including third parties, have a responsibility to ensure that their behaviour aligns with this and are encouraged to maintain a working environment which is free from harassment. The College takes a zero-tolerance approach to bullying, harassment and sexual misconduct of any kind.
