Balliol College’s agreed equality objectives, for four years with effect from June 2023, are:
- to reduce the gap between male and female students in successful admissions to Balliol;
- to maintain the representation of students from ethnic groups which are traditionally under-represented in the University;
- to improve the College’s collection of academic and non-academic staff recruitment data;
- to improve the College’s support and monitoring of academic progress for students who come from backgrounds traditionally under-represented at university.
