Chapel services for Hilary Term 2018

Members of the public are welcome to attend services in Chapel.

Members and friends of the Balliol community of all faiths and none are warmly welcomed to share in a period of silent stillness in Chapel at 5.30pm each Thursday this term.  

The Roman Catholic Mass will be celebrated in Balliol Chapel at 12.15pm on Thursday 1 February and at 6.00pm on Wednesday 21 February.

On Ash Wednesday, 14 February, a joint service with Trinity College will be held at 6.00pm in Trinity College Chapel.

This term the Chapel collections will be donated to Oxford Against Cutting, a rights-based group working to help prevent female genital mutilation (FGM) of girls and women living in Oxfordshire.

The main Sunday service is in the evening at 5.30pm, as follows (see also the list of music):
