William Herbert Newton-Smith 1943–2023

We are greatly saddened by the death of William Herbert Newton-Smith, BA Queen’s, Ontario, MA Cornell, MA DPhil Oxf, Fellow and Tutor in Philosophy 1970–2005, Senior Tutor 1978–1981, Praefectus of Holywell Manor 1989–1997, Senior Proctor 1984–1985 and Emeritus Fellow from 2005. He died on 8 April 2023.
