Core subject area: Gravity and theoretical high energy physics 

Research interests: Black holes and quantum gravity, with an emphasis on holographic dual descriptions and the emergence of the gravitational geometry. Bootstrap approaches to (conformal) quantum field theory, namely applying consistency conditions and symmetries to rigorously study strongly interacting systems, ranging from collider experiments to finite-temperature systems.
