Janice Wang will be speaking on ‘The Multisensory Psychology of Wine’. Janice is a food psychologist whose research focuses on the correspondences between sound and flavour. From a varied background spanning research in the MIT Media Lab to training at Le Cordon Bleu’s patisserie programme, her work draws on psychological experiments, technological enhancements, and designed dining experiences.
