  • Research interests: Evolutionary dynamics of viral pathogens, with particular emphasis on the integration of real-time genomic, ecological, and mobility data; evolution and spread of emergent infectious diseases, such as zika, yellow fever, ebola and HIV; field epidemiology of mosquito-borne viruses, in particular in Angola and Brazil.
