Vacation Study Grants

Subject to funding, Vacation Study Grants are awarded to undergraduates requiring help with living costs while undertaking academic study during the Easter vacation and living in College accommodation. When necessary, priority will be given to those who will be sitting public examinations, and especially Finals, in the succeeding term. Depending on the volume of applications, it may not be possible to make awards to all applicants, or for as many days as are applied for. Those sitting a public examination shortly after the end of full term need not apply, as they are not charged for accommodation in College.

If you are required to attend a compulsory course, you should make an application for a vacation grant from the department in question. If you have any difficulty, please consult the Senior Tutor, Dr Nicola Trott.

NB: Applications for Vacation Residence in College are made separately. This is issued by the Bursar; please contact the Domestic Manager for more information.
