Connected Life 2015

Project summary

Connected Life 2015 was a one-day, student-run conference held on Thursday, 4 June 2015 that welcomed academics and researchers at all stages of their career interested in the internet. Building upon the success of last year’s conference, Connected Life’s major aims were to foster connections within and beyond Oxford for internet-related research and to initiate new research projects in the multidisciplinary field of internet studies. The day consisted of a keynote address, a wide range of thematic presentations, an “unconference” session to further ignite exchange between participants, and a panel with experts from various disciplines.

More details about the conference including the programme and speakers are available on the conferene webpage here.
