This form is for individual College Advisers to comment on meetings with Advisees bearing in mind the University Supervision termly reports submitted to GSS (you may wish to visit the GSS training pages): the relevant GSS reporting period will be for the term previous to the one in which you are submitting comments. (If you and your subject colleagues have arrangements for meeting Advisees in groups, please use the annual report form instead.)
Every term, you will receive an email reminder from the College Office, with a link to the names of your advisees on the Intranet: the intranet facility is much the easiest way of submitting Comments, since it has a 'Write Report' function which pre-populates this form for each student in turn.

If you wish to raise a particular concern about your advisee urgently, please email the Senior Tutor.
