Check-in time is from 2pm on day of arrival. If the conference or group is starting prior to this time, luggage will have to be stored in the luggage store room. On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated and keys returned to the porters' lodge by 10am; again, luggage can be stored in the luggage store room.
