The College seeks to appoint a full-time Undergraduate Administrator from 27 November 2017 (or as soon as possible thereafter). This is a fixed term appointment, ending on 31 December 2018, and could be a potential secondment position. The person appointed will be expected to lead on all aspects of on-course administration for undergraduate students and on the processing of academic appointments, as well as contributing when required to the more general tasks of a busy College Office. (The post-holder will not, however, be responsible for administering undergraduate admissions.)
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who has excellent personal, communication, and administrative skills, and who is looking for diverse, responsible, and fast-paced work in a friendly college environment.
The appointment, which is pensionable, will be made according to qualifications and experience on Grade 6, £27,087-£35,295. Additional benefits include generous holiday entitlement, bus pass scheme, and free lunch.
For a job description, and instructions on how to apply, please see these further particulars. Enquiries about the role may be directed to Mrs Victoria Holt. Interviews are expected to be held in week commencing 16 October 2017.
All applicants are asked to fill in an Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form to help us fulfil our duties as an equal opportunities employer.
Candidates will be expected to supply original documentation proving that they have a right to work in the United Kingdom (UK).
