Junior Dean (main Broad Street site)The Junior Dean lives on Staircase 3, room 9, and assists the Dean. She is available directly or through the Lodge to help with any problems.

A Welfare Committee comprising both students and Fellows, as well as the College Doctor and University Counsellor, meets once a term to discuss general welfare issues (not individual cases).
*College Counsellors are Senior Members who are there to offer counsel to students in difficulty, but are not trained in counselling.
